Please find our standard set menu for large parties below. These menus require a pre-order in advance of your event.

If that will be difficult to achieve – no problem! We are hugely flexible and can offer reduced A La Carte menus for you to order on the evening. We also offer the option to create bespoke menus for your event and we are happy to tailor to certain dietary requirements or budgets upon request. Salmon tartare with pickled cucumber, wasabi mayonnaise & puffed wild rice

Chicken liver parfait with chutney & toasted sourdough


35 days dry-aged Ribeye steak from the Borders, hand-cut chips, lamb's lettuce & peppercorn sauce (5 supplement)

Roasted free range chicken with dauphinoise potatoes, tender stem broccoli, red wine sauce

Slow-cooked beef cheeks with parsley mash, curly kale & bourguignon sauce

Roasted sea bass with chickpea & chorizo stew & salsa verde
